Members, guests and interested visitors are invited to attend a 30 minute social gathering followed by a 1 hour business meeting that occurs the first Tuesday of each month from September through May. Greenhouse orientation is required for anyone wishing to use the facility to start seedlings and transplants, grow hydroponically or use the facility for team meetings. The training lasts about 90 minutes and covers greenhouse equipment and operations. POC is Mike Model 214-415-4833.

An opportunity to see first hand some of the nicest gardens in Sun City. This self-guided tour includes 6 garden locations, including the Garden Club's Community Garden and Rose Garden at the Sun Bowl, and 4 home gardens. Volunteers will monitor admission to each home garden. Tickets are $10 per person, and available at the March and April Garden Club Membership Meetings, or at the Garden Club office (M/W/F, 9am-12pm) until April 18th. POC is Diane Model.
